  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the App (e.g., login times, features accessed).
  • Device Data: Information about the device you use to access the App, such as device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Operate the Service: To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its community features.
  • Community Interaction: To facilitate sharing, connection, and communication among members of your specific community only.
  • Security and Administration: The Community Admin uses certain data (login status, registration info) to manage membership, enforce community rules, and secure the group's confidentiality, as outlined in Section 3.
  • Communication: To send you necessary updates, service announcements, and security alerts via the registered email.

3. Data Sharing and Confidentiality Commitment (Core Principle)

Our core commitment is that your data is handled with strict confidentiality and is NOT publicly disclosed, sold, or rented to external third parties.

A. Internal Sharing (Within the Community)

  • Confined Visibility: Personal details and shared information (including financial status) are only visible to verified members of your specific community or group within the App, as defined by the Community Admin.
  • Admin Access: You acknowledge and agree that the Community Admin is responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of your personal account and may have access to your profile data and group communication to ensure community safety, adherence to rules, and security.

B. External Sharing (Limited Circumstances)

We do not share your Personal Data with external companies or individuals except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to a subpoena or court order, or if we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
